What is Royal Family KIDS Camp?

Youth, ages 6-12, are invited to spend the week at summer camp where they build relationships and create positive, lifetime memories.

Royal Family KIDS Camp

Since 2008, in conjunction with Royal Family KIDS, Inc., the leadership has directed a one-week, overnight camp for children ages 6-12 in the foster care system. These camps serve to create positive memories, instill a sense of purpose and value, and teach these children that they are special, loved, and valued. These camps serve as a great foundation for all Waymark activities.

During this week, the children experience normal camp activities such as swimming, fishing, rock climbing, canoeing, Chapel, and team games as well as specialized activities such as “Everybody’s birthday party,” a Superhero Event for the boys, and a Princess Ball among many others. Children receive a memory bag, Bible, photo album, an mp3 player with songs from the week, and much more.

Camp is provided free for our families. The cost to us for this week-long, once-in-a-lifetime experience is $800 per camper. That’s where you come in. Even if you cannot cover the entire cost of one child, any size gift will make an impact.

Save the Date: RFKC 2025 is June 1-6
